  Service was very poor. I'd go so far as to say the worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. The storefront was also dirty and disorganized. One member of the staff was having an audible argument with his manager about taking his break while there were 5-6 customer in line waiting to order.

  Horrible service, Batista that apparently only knows the correct ratio of espresso/milk mixture, everything else was lacking. She also had a hard time hearing, to the point I repeated myself 4 times until I was shouting. Absolutely worst Starbucks ever.
